Wrong Information
If you have left a wrong shipping address, name, or contact information, please contact our customer service at support@dllllb.com within 2 hours after you complete payment.
Please kindly note that we are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel. dllllb is not responsible for the delivery failure due to an incorrect shipping address.

While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes, actual transit times are determined by the carriers and are beyond our direct control. Therefore, dllllb does not offer direct refunds, compensation, or free return shipping labels for carrier-related logistics delays.
To protect your rights and ensure peace of mind, we have partnered with a third-party insurance provider to offer Shipping Protection at checkout. We highly encourage customers to select this option. If you purchased Shipping Protection and your package experiences a significant delay, you are fully covered and can easily file a claim for logistics compensation directly through the insurance portal.
