Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $5.95 for orders under $75.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn't work out, we make returns easy.

30-Day Return Window: Return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges: Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Same 30-day window applies.

How to Start a Return: Email us at hello@dllllb.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Bundles must be returned as complete sets.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at hello@dllllb.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
